Sabine Kohler is Founder and Managing Partner of Board Boutique GmbH. During her career, she has advised over 40 clients on Non-Executive Board, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and other Executive Board assignments across all industries. She placed over 130 executives with 27 nationalities in 10 different countries on 4 continents. 

Before founding her own Firm, she had been a Partner at the globally operating Board Advisory Firm Dr. Bjørn Johansson Associates. Sabine Kohler started her career at IBM after graduating with a Master Degree in Architecture at ETH Zurich. She then moved on to the consulting firm Accenture and later to Swiss International Air Lines. In 2013 she completed an Executive MBA in General Management at the University of St. Gallen (HSG).

Judith Radtke has been a Consultant at Board Boutique GmbH since September 2026. Previously, she spent more than three years at Dr. Bjørn Johansson Associates, a globally operating Board Advisory firm based in Zurich, where she supported search assignments for Non-Executive and Executive Board Members across a broad range of industries.

Judith holds a master’s degree from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz and began her professional career working as a Conference Interpreter for the German Federal Government. She later served as Deputy Head of the Language Division at the German Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture.
